Break through. Level up. Heal deep.
You’re not broken. You’re on a journey. I’ve spent over 25 years walking beside people through some of the most painful and transformative parts of their lives. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in in-patient, out-patient, and school-based settings, I’ve seen how powerful healing becomes when people begin to believe they can reclaim their own narrative. At Questline Counseling, I use EMDR therapy to help clients work through trauma, anxiety, and the stuck places that keep them from thriving. Whether you're carrying old wounds, navigating big transitions, or striving to perform at your peak, we’ll work together to break through what’s holding you back—and move toward something better. Inspired by the hero’s journey—because let’s be honest, healing is epic—I help people reconnect with their inner guide, face their dragons, and write the next chapter with clarity and purpose. Break through. Level up. Heal deep. Let’s start your quest.

Bio
I’m Chad Starrak, and with 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of settings. From inpatient treatment programs to outpatient clinical services, YES Waiver, case management, and schools, I’ve seen it all. My diverse background has equipped me to connect with individuals at every stage of their journey, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Outside of my work, I’m a passionate advocate for balance and well-being. Whether it’s hitting the gym, martial arts, playing music, or exploring new places, I believe in living fully and finding inspiration in all aspects of life. The name of my practice, Questline Counseling, was born from my lifelong love of Role Playing Games and Joseph Campbell’s The Hero with a Thousand Faces—a powerful story of transformation that echoes in the work I do with my clients.
